Managing Neurodiversity*
You’ve been diagnosed and have explored medications and Therapy with clinical professionals.
what’s next?
You’ve got 15 different planners, all partially used and then discarded because they didn’t work for you. Or the ten productivity apps you paid for, none of which made you more productive for more than a few days. The kitchen counter is a mess, because if you put anything away you’ll forget about it, and you still don’t understand why people seem to glaze over when you start talking about your newest hobby.
Coaching provides personalized structure and accountability to help you achieve your goals. It’s not another gimmick or tool to try. It’s a partnership between you and the coach, focused on leveraging your strengths, celebrating progress, and creating a safe space to set boundaries for yourself, make decisions, and follow through on what matters most to you.
Please note: Coaching is very different than clinical care for mental health. Most importantly – coaching is most effective AFTER you’ve seen clinical providers for diagnosis, medication support, and navigating the trauma from trying to fit into a world that says you must hide your true self to be accepted and loved.
You are not lazy, crazy, or broken—you are brilliant, creative, and capable.
*Definition: Neurodiversity comes in many forms. ADHD, Autism (ASD), Sensory Processing Disorders, Executive Dysfunction, and other learning disabilities and mental health conditions all fall under this general category.
