Coaching for life, in all the ways life happens

Encouraging growth in myself and in the communities I am a part of.

Personal Mission Statement, 2014

“Why coaching?” Some version of this question comes up in nearly every conversation I have. The answer is easy – I absolutely LOVE helping others push themselves outside of their comfort zones and into a deeper place of joy, peace, and connection. Sometimes we all (myself included!) just need a little nudge to get us centered, back on track, and facing the future with hope and anticipation.

I am an ICF certified coach, mom of three, engineer by training, former manufacturing project manager, then stay at home mom, then operations and technology director, now a coach, and always a lover of new adventures and challenges! Whether the adventure is performing at a new street festival, adopting another animal, tearing out a wall at home, or learning to navigate in my new wheelchair, I’m here for it – as long it keeps me learning and growing.

In 2022, I joined the Long Covid community. This most recent season of life has been all about slowing down, accepting myself for who I am (even in an extremely limited state), managing medical issues, and finding my place and contentment in this new version of life.

These days, you can find me often reading a book, sitting on the back deck with my husband, or cuddled up with a kiddo watching a show together. It’s slower, quieter, a lot fewer accolades… and yet still full of meaning and purpose.

I’m looking forward to working together soon towards that same end – no matter what life has thrown at you, there is joy, laughter, meaning, purpose, and contentment to be found in the limited time we all have here.

Peace and joy to you and yours,
